Saucy Tuna Bake Saucy Tuna Bake
I love this dish! I made it for the first time tonight and it’s delish! So I thought I’ll share the recipe from the Take 5 magazine.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
250g pasta twists or bowties
565g jar Alfredo sauce
300ml thickened lite cream
2 x 100g cans smoked tuna, drained
1 cup frozen or drained canned corn kernels (I used frozen veges)
1 red or green capsicum
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
1/2 cup grated pizza or tasty cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
2. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water until tender, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Combine sauce and cream in a large separate bowl. Reserve 2/3 cup of the mixture for topping and pour remaining sauce over pasta. Add tuna, corn, capsicum and herbs to pasta, stirring until ingredients are well combined.
4. Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased 2-litre capacity ovenproof dish. Spread reserved sauce over mixture and sprinkle over cheese. Bake for about 25mins until light golden brown.
