A beautiful parcel from Japan arrived this week. Even though I was expecting it, I was still very surprised by its quirky appearance. A tourist map of Tokyo encapsulates the crafty goodness within.
Inside was even more meticulous packaging. Look at the attention to detail that has gone into putting this parcel together. The Japanese does this so well!
Behold my prize – fabric scraps, notebook, buttons, lace and a couple of origami just to add to the cute factor!
You might be wondering who sent me this lovely prize. Well, it’s from the very sweet Mai! I’ve been following her blog ever since I saw one of her many sewing tutorials. I just love how she writes too. You can just tell that she is such a nice person and is simply down-to-earth.
Thank you Mai for a wonderful giveaway and prize! I love every single bit of it! 😀
What a lovely package! It’s always nice to receive snail mail and everything from Japan seems to be so nicely packaged with delicate, intricate goodies -wow!
